Ingredients

 

150g Egg tagliatelle pasta

250g Sunblush Tomato

Mozzarella 

100g rocket

Balsamic Vinegar

Oregano Dressing

Method

 

Add 150g Egg tagliatelle pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain thoroughly and return to the pan.

 

Stir Sunblush Tomato and Mozzarella into the hot pasta with 50g rocket.

 

Season generously with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately, garnished with another 50g rocket dressed with fresh Balsamic Vinegar and Oregano Dressing.
